What you should know before paying
- The Windows installer isn't code-signed yet. Windows shows a SmartScreen warning on first launch and you have to click through it once. macOS is signed and notarized by Apple; the Windows certificate is paid for out of this cohort.
- AI keys are yours, and optional. Voiceover and English transcription run locally on your machine, and driving the app from the Claude or ChatGPT subscription you already pay for needs no key at all. Add OpenAI (built-in director, non-English transcription) or Replicate (image generation) if you want them — billed to you by them, at their price. That's why there are no credits to buy here, and it means AI usage is a cost we never mark up.
