Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 August 2026

The short version

We set four cookies, all of them strictly necessary: three to keep you signed in safely, one to remember your language. That is the whole list.

No ad cookies, no retargeting pixels, no cross-site tracking — which is why you are not being asked to accept anything. Product videos load through youtube-nocookie.com and only after you press play.

This summary is here to be readable, not to replace the sections below. Where the two disagree, the full text governs.

01What this covers

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. This page lists every cookie neomotion.net sets, what each one is for, and how to get rid of them. It sits alongside the Privacy Policy, which covers everything else we hold about you.

The NeoMotion desktop app is not a browser and does not use cookies. It stores your sign-in token and your settings locally on your own machine.

02The cookies we set

All four are strictly necessary: three keep you signed in safely, one remembers your language. Block them and the site still loads, but you will not be able to stay signed in.

03What we don't use

No advertising cookies. No retargeting or remarketing pixels. No cross-site trackers, no social media tracking pixels, and nothing that follows you to another website. We do not sell or share anything about your browsing.

That is also why this site has no cookie consent banner. Under the rules that require one, strictly necessary cookies do not need consent — and we do not set any other kind. A banner here would be asking permission for something we are not doing.

04Analytics

Where product analytics is enabled, it runs server-side — the events are sent from our servers as pages and checkouts are used, not by a script that fingerprints your browser — and it never carries your licence key. It tells us that a pricing page was viewed, not who you are or where else you have been.

05Third parties on this site

PayPal

Checkout is handled by PayPal, which sets its own cookies on its own pages to process the payment and prevent fraud. Those are governed by PayPal's policies, not ours.

The demo video

Product videos are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com and only load after you click play. Until you do, YouTube receives nothing — no request, no cookie, no record that you visited the page. If you never press play, YouTube never knows you were there.

06How to control cookies

  • Sign out — this clears the session cookie immediately.
  • Your browser settings — every browser can show, block and delete cookies per site. Look under Privacy or Site settings, or hit the padlock in the address bar.
  • Private / incognito windows — cookies are discarded when you close the window.

Blocking cookies for this site means you cannot sign in, activate a licence, or reach your billing page — those all depend on the session cookie. Everything public, including this page, works fine without them.

07Changes, and contact

If we ever add a cookie, it gets added to the table above and the date at the top of this page changes. If we ever add a non-essential one, you will get a real choice about it first.
